Travel Company Scams

Scams are real! It is imperative that you make sure to do an extensive check on all travel companies before signing a contract. Recently there has been an influx of complaints from travelers in reference to feeling scammed after submitting personal information to companies, which after doing so they no longer receive any more information about an assignment. Helpful tips recommended would be to check the BBB for company complaints, and also check the Secretary of State website to make sure that company actually exists. A few extra minutes could make the difference of your personal information ending up in the wrong hands. STAY AWARE!
